What started as a search for a better cup became a mission to craft coffee worth sharing.
We started as coffee lovers chasing better flavour and consistency. After exploring the coffee scene across Canada, we realized truly standout artisan beans were harder to find than they should be—so we built the kind of roasting company we wanted to buy from.
Every batch is manually roasted in Canada with close attention to time, temperature, and bean behavior. The goal is simple: rich, balanced flavour that stays consistent bag after bag.
